3. Provide photos of the loss conditions (if requested) via email within 24 hours of our inspection.
4. Keep you informed of the situation and obtain your approval prior to undertaking emergency actions.
5. Assign a project manager to oversee entire project and provide a point of contact regarding your loss.
6. Perform emergency services and repairs for large loss situations our company has the equipment, the manpower and the experience to handle large losses.
7. Our company provides xactimate estimates for repairs and emergency services.
8. Our company can physically be onsite within 60 minutes in all of Brevard, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Gadsen, Wakulla, and Leon counties in Florida other locations will take longer to respond to however we can have a crew onsite anywhere in Florida within 4 hours.
Property Owners and Tenants
Professional Construction & Restoration guarantees that we will, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week:
1. Arrive at your home or business within 60 minutes of your call to begin assessment and emergency services.
2. Provide deductible assistance of up to $500 dollars on any emergency service that is over $10,000 and that we do the repairs on.
3. Help in relocation (if necessary), securing of your property and do everything possible to insure your safety and help minimize damage to your property and belongings.
4. Provide complete and total communication with your insurance company (at no additional cost) to help insure coverage and payment for our services.
5. Provide a detailed photo inventory of all unsalvageable and salvaged items if a "pack out" is necessary.
6. Provide a free reconstruction estimate after emergency services are complete and meet with your adjuster to determine scope of work to be performed providing we are contracted to do the repairs.
7. Immediately commence repairs (if desired) to help you reoccupy your property as quickly as possible.
8. Our company can physically be onsite within 60 minutes in all of Brevard, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Gadsen, Wakulla, and Leon counties in Florida other locations will take longer to respond to however we can have a crew onsite anywhere in Florida within 4 hours.
