Professional Construction & Restoration guarantees that we will, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week:
1. Contact your insured, property owner and/or tenant within 1 hour of notification.
2. Provide photos of the loss conditions (if requested) via email within 48 hours of our inspection.
3. Keep you informed of the situation and obtain your approval prior to undertaking emergency actions.
4. Assign a project manager to oversee entire project and provide a point of contact regarding your loss.
5. Perform emergency services and repairs for large loss situations. Our company has the equipment, the manpower and the experience to handle large losses.
6. Provide Xactimate invoices for repairs and emergency services all pricing will be reflected at current xactimate rates .
7. Our company can physically be onsite anywhere in Florida within 4 hours we can physically be onsite within 60 minutes any where in Melbourne, Palm Bay, Merritt Island, Cocoa, Vero Beach, Orlando, Brevard, Orange, Osceola, Seminole or Volusia counties.

Expert Witness

We have also expanded this year to provide expert witness work for attorneys throughout the state to represent them in binding arbitration and court cases involving scope of work and cost disputes regarding insurance claims. In binding arbitration, we have been the prevailing party in all 32 arbitration meetings this year and have never been on the losing side in a court case as the expert witness.

The cost for expert witness work is $1500.00 for an Xactimate estimate and evaluation of the property. An additional $1500.00 for meeting the opposing arbitrator and negotiating settlement of claim if agreement is not reached directly with opposing expert witness additional fees apply to meet with umpire and settle dispute. For court cases the rate will be $500.00 per hour plus expenses and at no time will a court appearance or arbitration meeting be scheduled without an Xactimate estimate and a property inspection performed by us prior to court or arbitration.

In addition, we reserve the right to bid on the repair work to be done on any building or home that we are providing this service for. For areas outside of Florida additional travel expenses and costs will apply, there is no charge inside the state of Florida. Prices represent single family residences commercial buildings and multifamily properties will cost more. The advantage to hiring us is that we are more qualified then the adjusters that will be onsite in that we are certified general contractors for the state of Florida, certified for Xactimate, IICRC certified and have performed over 10,000 repairs and emergency services to buildings following damage caused by fire, water, wind and mold.
