1. Arrive at your home or business within 60 minutes of your call to begin assessment and emergency services in Brevard, Orange, Osceola, Seminole or Volusia counties.

2. Not collect any money until the insurance company has been invoiced for the work so no up front costs to you.

3. Help in relocation (if necessary), securing of your property and do everything possible to insure your safety and help minimize damage to your property and belongings.

4. Provide complete and total communication with your insurance company (at no additional cost) to help insure coverage.

5. Provide a detailed photo inventory of all unsalvageable and salvaged items if a "pack out" is necessary.

6. Provide a free reconstruction estimate after emergency services are complete and meet with your adjuster to determine scope of work to be performed for repairs providing we are contracted to do the repairs.

7. Immediately commence repairs (if desired) to help you reoccupy your property as quickly as possible.

8.  Our company can physically be onsite anywhere in Florida within 4 hours we can physically be onsite within 60 minutes any where in Brevard, Orange, Osceola, Seminole or Volusia counties

9. Most importantly the only payment that you are responsible for when you hire us is your insurance deductible in the event of a covered loss everything else is negotiated with and directly billed to your insurance company. We even sell preliminary service contracts that will cover up to $1000.00 of your homeowner’s deductible.
