This is a service agreement whereby Professional Construction and Restoration will perform emergency services and complete repairs following damage caused by fire, smoke, sewage, water or mold to your property. Remember it is your right to hire any company you choose to perform work on your property following a loss. We want to be that company. Therefore, we will cover your insurance deductible up to one thousand dollars ($1000.00) following a loss with a valid service agreement, provided we perform the emergency services and repairs for that loss. All prices will be at Xactimate rates for your city at the time of the loss. See the agreement for a list of the services that we will perform under this service agreement. With regard to service contracts an additional contract must be filled out and paid for on each property owned. No sevice agreement will be valid unless property information form is completed as well.
