Then the dehumidifier pulls the moisture out of the air converting the vapor to a liquid that can be collected and pumped away, thus dehumidifying the air.

The product of this process is extremely dry air, which is exhausted into the area being dried with a relative humidity in the single digits. Such an approach also has the advantage of being able to dry in sub-freezing conditions. Structural differences lead to varied approaches while current restorative drying methods are largely standardized, every drying job is unique.
