Our services are only as good as the employees who perform them. To ensure superior results on every job, our technicians are IICRC certified. We assign a project manager on all repair jobs from residential repairs to large commercial projects. We also utilize a 3 part inspection following completion of each trade in reconstruction whereby the owner or authorized agent, the tradesman for that particular trade and our project manager all sign off on completion of that trade prior to that tradesman being paid. In addition all repair work is guaranteed for a period of 2 years following substantial completion of that work. In addition our company maintains a strict zero tolerance approach to both drugs and criminal charges for employment.

Professional Construction and Restoration has met a wide range of challenges from assisting families with emergency services and repairs to a home from a fire or flood, to major projects commercial projects that include:
1. Emergency services and repairs to over 500 home and business owners immediately following damages from Hurricane Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne. While maintaining and repairing our own location and homes, our company was literally based at ground zero
2. Expert witness work including binding arbitration to assist with recovery of supplemental insurance claims from Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne as well as routine losses resulting in a current record of 32 and 0 with regard to additional monies being paid and lawsuits settled in our client’s favor.
3 The Complete dry out and demolition of damaged building materials from Sterling House Condominiums a 60 unit complex following damage from hurricanes Charley Frances and Jeanne.
4. Dry out of the Holiday Inn following a multiple floor leak. Resulting in no additional damage after dry out.

5. Large-scale mold remediation to a college Fraternity House in Tallahassee Florida.
6. Catastrophe restoration following hurricane Katrina in Key West to The Southernmost Baptist Church and a nearby Condominium Complex in Florida and then over 600 homes and businesses in Louisiana and Mississippi offering a unique experience in addressing the criteria to differentiate between what is considered Flood Damage and what is Considered Wind Storm damage as it pertains to coverage and repair allotments from the various insurance companies.
7. Drying out the Florida Today Newspaper building following a catastrophic failure of the emergency fire sprinkler system inundating the building with several 100,000 thousand gallons of water. We were able to completely dry out the building resulting in minimal repair costs.
8. Remediation of a Burger King Restaurant from inadequate dehumidification resulting in systemic mold problems in the building.

9. Fire repairs and remediation to the A-Mining group in Lamonte Florida following an electrical fire.
10. Complete repairs and emergency services to 42 homes in Brevard county Following Flood damage from tropical storm Fay as well as several condominiums and commercial buildings.
11. Fire damage repairs and emergency services to HUD home in Titusville Florida working directly with Housing and Urban Developing coordinators and their adjuster to get the entire building rebuilt at zero out of pocket expenses.
